BUSY DAY TODAY:
well I am made excellent headway today I am processing all of the error logs to figure out my next steps.
FIXED the following errors:
image files location om the website
Changes to the CRON Job that solved my issue:
/usr/local/bin/php/home/glenntho001/glennthomas.us/www/rw_common/plugins/stacks/tcms/resources/bin/tcms jobs:process
