Buyer Beware Eero Max 7 via eBay via ShipCycle:

Ok I bought a Eero Max 7 off Ebay from ShipCycle seller. Cameron tried to added to the Eero network via the eero app and it can’t be added .. We reached out to Eero support low and behold this device it tied to a personal/carrier network! Eero devices must be removed and reset before they are allowed to be resold! This device was not removed and reset. Eero support can’t remove it they told use we would need to contact the seller on Ebay! which we did thet asked us toi open a return case so they could review the issues, ( ShipCycle sells every device woth “NO RETURNS”) so I could not open the case. Via Ebay I did email ShipCycle team (Aly, and Alex) the image files and the sale information whenI bought from them (and a 2 warranty package). It seems that this device might be stolen since the proper task was not done to remove it from Eero’s database, Eero shows it is still installed and owned by the Carrier that is is locked to..
